Description
Gooseneck barnacles have evolved to live in the ever shifting inter-tidal plains along our coast. Except these barnacles are different, living in some of, if not the fastest tidal rapids in the world, they are able to take enough oxygen from the water to live entirely below the waves. This unique ability also gives them their beautiful red colouring.
